Work Environment\n

This remote role offers flexibility and eliminates the need for evening or weekend hours, allowing our counselors to maintain a healthy work-life balance while delivering care during standard business hours, Monday through Friday. Our outpatient office model ensures that you will provide support to clients in a structured yet flexible manner, combining virtual sessions with the potential for in-person meetings when required.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Group Therapy Facilitation: Lead engaging and therapeutically focused group sessions that foster connection and shared learning among clients. You will cultivate a safe environment where clients can express themselves and benefit from peer support.

• Individual Counseling: Deliver personalized counseling sessions tailored to each client's unique thoughts, feelings, and circumstances. Use your empathetic approach to help clients develop effective coping strategies and actionable plans for mental wellness.

• Treatment Planning: Collaborate with clients to develop individualized treatment plans that incorporate their personal goals, preferences, and needs, utilizing SMART goals to ensure clarity and direction.

• Progress Monitoring: Regularly assess and document client progress using evidence-based assessment tools to evaluate outcomes and adjust therapeutic strategies as needed.

• Collaboration with Multidisciplinary Team: Work alongside other professionals, including psychologists, social workers, and nurses, to coordinate care and consult on complex cases, ensuring a holistic approach to client treatment.

In this role, you will focus primarily on young adults navigating various mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, mood disorders, and transitional life challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• Active Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) licensure is essential.
