Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough evaluations and develop tailored therapeutic strategies that meet the unique needs of each client.

• Facilitate psychotherapy sessions utilizing evidence-based therapies for individuals, groups, couples, and families.

• Employ a variety of treatment methodologies, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused short-term therapy.

• Collaborate effectively within multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care for each client.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation in adherence to legal and ethical standards.

• Participate in ongoing professional development through workshops and training sessions to stay informed about the latest developments in mental health practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role will involve providing high-quality counseling services to a diverse range of clients experiencing various mental health challenges. This includes individuals and families dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, substance misuse, and relationship issues. You will be responsible for forming strong connections with clients to foster a safe and trusting environment conducive to healing and personal growth.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

• Valid and unrestricted LPC licensure in the state of Pennsylvania.

• Minimum of two years of counseling experience, ideally in a clinical setting.

• A strong foundation in therapeutic techniques and an understanding of legal and ethical standards related to mental health practice.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish rapport with a diverse array of clients.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is between USD 70,000 and 105,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additionally, we offer a sign-on bonus to new hires. Benefits include guaranteed salary with annual increases, paid orientation, monthly professional development, and generous paid time off (PTO). Counselor work schedules can be flexible, with availability from 7 AM to 10 PM, seven days a week, allowing you to balance your professional responsibilities with your personal life.
