Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of clients' mental health needs, employing various diagnostic tools and interviewing techniques.

• Develop individualized therapy plans to address specific goals and challenges faced by clients.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused therapy tailored to the needs of individuals, couples, families, and groups.

• Maintain accurate, confidential clinical documentation to ensure compliance with ethical and legal standards.

• Collaborate within multidisciplinary teams to craft comprehensive treatment plans, liaising with other healthcare providers as necessary.

• Participate in ongoing professional development through workshops and training to remain informed about best practices and emerging research in mental health.

• Provide crisis intervention and support as needed, facilitating immediate assistance for clients facing acute mental health challenges.

Compensation and Benefits\n
