Machine Operator
Join our team as a Machine Operator where you will be responsible for running Disa Mold Machines. You will ensure the machines are set up properly before each run and pack sand into molds used to cast metal parts. Your role will also include ensuring the quality of products being produced and assisting in other areas as needed.
Responsibilities
- Operate Disa Mold Machines efficiently.
- Set up machines accurately before each run.
- Pack sand into molds for metal casting.
- Ensure the quality of the products being produced.
- Assist in other areas as needed throughout the facility.
Essential Skills
- 2+ years of machine operating experience.
- 2+ years of consistent work history.
- Experience working within foundry, steel, or metal industries.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Mechanical aptitude.
- Experience in general production and machine operation.

Work Environment
Work the 2nd shift from 2:15pm to 11:45pm. The facility provides a supportive work environment with a focus on safety and stability.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of South Milwaukee, WI.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $25.30 - $25.30/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be subject to specific elections, plan, or program terms.
