Experience working in an educational environment preferred. Familiarity with technology-related terminology and processes highly desirable. Valid Driver's License and Evidence of Insurability. Responsibilities Serve as the initial point of contact for technology issues and tickets. Manage and maintain an inventory of Chromebooks, ensuring accurate records. Provide basic troubleshooting assistance to resolve minor technical problems and elevate service requests as needed. Assist with software installations and updates on Chromebook devices. Coordinate repair services for damaged or malfunctioning Chromebooks. Maintain school Technology surplus documentation. Prepare written materials (e.g., error reports, memos, letters, comprehensive documentation, etc.) for the purpose of documenting activities, providing written reference, and/or conveying information.
