You’ll be an integral part of a team supporting diverse learners, adapting to different roles as placement details are finalized.

Desired Qualifications:

• Valid Special Education Teaching License with two active LBS1 endorsements
• Experience supporting students with diverse learning differences, ideally in multiple age groups
• Flexibility and adaptability regarding specific classroom or caseload assignments
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with staff, families, and students
• Commitment to fostering inclusive, supportive learning environments
• Availability for in-person interviews

Responsibilities:

• Provide tailored instruction and interventions to students with a range of disabilities, helping each succeed academically and socially
• Develop, implement, and regularly assess IEPs in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
• Foster communication with caregivers to support students’ individual development
• Maintain accurate student records and adhere to all special education regulations
• Adapt instructional techniques and materials as needed across grade levels
• Collaborate with fellow educators and service providers to promote student progress
