Per Mar Security Services is seeking a qualified candidate for our Inside Sales team. The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for generating opportunities to sell our products and services to businesses and homeowners over the phone. A successful candidate would work closely with our outside sales team. This position is NOT remote, but can be worked from any location where we have an office. Must have strong proven phone sales record. Why Per Mar Security? Base Pay + Uncapped commission (Average COMBINED first year pay $55k-$60k) Opportunity for advancement as the team grows Great Benefit Package including Health, Dental, Vision, Disability, Life, 401K with match, and Paid Time Off Stable company with over 60 years of experience providing security to our communities and continued growth In This Role, You Will Follow up on existing opportunities of Electronic Security Sales Call on existing and prospective customers to upsell and upgrade current products and services Act as project manager for sold tickets/jobs to ensure customer satisfaction through completion of job Generate and prequalify leads for new sales. Some administrative duties are also performed related to sales.
