Does Managing incoming tender and order requests through shared workflow channels, ensuring requests are assigned, tracked, and processed within service level expectations motivate you? Are you skillful with having quality control across SAP, Salesforce.com, and KTOC to ensure data consistency, pricing integrity, and booking readiness? Do you demonstrate a passion for supporting timely customer response and field execution? Are you committed to supporting timely conversion of tender opportunities into booked orders, improving repair order throughput and frontline responsiveness? Location of position: Moline, IL Job Duties As our Inside Sales Agent, you are responsible for creating, validating, and processing high-quality repair/testing proposals and order transactions that directly support revenue conversion, booking accuracy, and frontline execution. The role serves as a key commercial support and control point in the repair process, balancing speed, accuracy, and risk management in a high-volume environment. You will bring 3+ years of progressive and successful experience in sales support, commercial ops, proposal generation, order management, customer ops, or a related business support role to KONE. Associates degree preferred or equivalent experience with 3+ years experience in the businesses listed prior. The compensation package offered will depend on candidate’s ability to meet the requirements of the role, needs for the business strategy, and a range of factors unique to each candidate, including their skill set, years and depth of experience, certifications, and location. Variable Compensation KONE Annual Bonus plan at 5% Target Incentive (50/50) based on achievement of company goals and individual goals.
