Senior Manufacturing Associate, Cell Therapy in Devens, MA

Bristol Myers Squibb seeks a Senior Manufacturing Associate for cell therapy manufacturing at its Devens, Massachusetts facility. The role involves executing manufacturing operations, maintaining compliance with cGMP regulations, and supporting routine cell therapy production with rotating shifts including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Execute manufacturing operations per standard operating procedures and batch records
• Complete documentation required by validation protocols, SOPs, and batch records
• Perform aseptic processing and maintain cleanroom environmental conditions
• Train other staff on standard operating procedures and work instructions
• Support investigations and identify innovative manufacturing solutions

Requirements

• High school diploma and 3+ years cGMP bioprocessing or cell therapy manufacturing experience
• Knowledge of cGMP regulations and FDA guidance for biologics and cell therapy
• Ability to work assigned rotating shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Experience with cell washing, separation techniques, and cryopreservation processes
• Capability to work in cleanroom environments and perform aseptic processing
• Comfort with exposure to human blood components and proximity to strong magnets
• Bachelor's degree in relevant science or engineering discipline strongly preferred

Compensation: $33.51 - $40.61 per hour
