Senior Manufacturing Associate, Cell Therapy in Devens, MA

Bristol Myers Squibb seeks a Senior Manufacturing Associate for cell therapy operations at its Devens, MA facility. The role involves executing manufacturing procedures, maintaining cleanroom standards, and supporting cell therapy production on rotating shifts including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Execute manufacturing operations per standard operating procedures and batch records
• Complete required documentation for protocols, validation, and batch records
• Perform cleanroom work and aseptic processing to maintain environmental conditions
• Train other associates on standard operating procedures and work instructions
• Support equipment setup, commissioning, and area disinfection activities

Requirements

• High school diploma and 3+ years cGMP bioprocessing or cell therapy manufacturing experience
• Bachelor's degree in relevant science or engineering discipline strongly preferred
• Knowledge of cGMP regulations and FDA guidance for biologics and cell therapy
• Ability to perform aseptic processing in cleanroom environments
• Experience with cell washing, separation, and cryopreservation processes and equipment
• Comfort working with human blood components and exposure to strong magnets
• Availability to work assigned shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays

Compensation: $33.51–$40.61 per hour
