**Job Summary:**
We are looking for an Outlet Server to join our team. The Outlet Server will be responsible for providing excellent customer service in our dining establishment. The ideal candidate will have a friendly and professional demeanor, strong communication skills, and the ability to work well in a team environment.

**Qualifications:**
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in a customer service role preferred
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to learn and adapt to different situations
- Food safety training/certification is a plus

**Responsibilities:**
- Greet and seat customers in a friendly and courteous manner
- Take and deliver food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
- Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing any concerns or special requests
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Assist in opening and closing duties as needed
- Collaborate with team members to provide excellent service

**Physical Requirements:**
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Lift and carry trays of food and beverages
- Ability to bend, stoop, and reach overhead

**Schedule:**
This is a part-time position with flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. The Outlet Server must be available to work a variety of shifts based on business needs.
