Our ideal candidate has prior experience working with children (as a sports coach, teacher, camp counselor, or leader) and enjoys working with children. This position is excellent for someone interested in pursuing early childhood education or child development. New Coaches can work 5–25 weekly classes. Soccer experience is not required for morning classes with age groups one to five. Responsibilities Use individual attention to ensure every child has success Use a non‑competitive approach to ensure classes are fun with a stress‑free environment Use positive reinforcement to encourage children to do better and celebrate success Open‑mind and continuous learning; attend regular training and follow the Super Soccer Stars Coaching Manual Schedule During weekdays, the majority of the hours are in the morning at child care centers for age groups 1 to 5 and after‑school hours for elementary school age groups 5 to 12.
