Location and Compensation Location: Onsite in Huntington Beach, CA Comp: $70-$75k Summary The Corporate Recruiter is responsible for full-cycle recruiting across corporate and store leadership roles, with a primary focus on Store Manager hiring. This role partners closely with Operations, District Managers, and HR to build strong talent pipelines, ensure a consistent candidate experience, and support leadership hiring needs across multiple markets. Responsibilities Manage full-cycle recruiting for corporate and store leadership roles, including Store Managers Develop and execute sourcing strategies using job boards, social media, networking, and industry partnerships Build and maintain talent pipelines across key markets, including California, Nevada, and Arizona Identify and engage passive candidates and maintain ongoing candidate relationships Conduct screening interviews to assess qualifications, leadership experience, and alignment Coordinate and facilitate structured, multi-stage interview processes Partner with hiring managers and District Managers to align on candidate evaluation and hiring decisions Support internal promotion pipelines by identifying and guiding internal candidates through the interview process Track and monitor internal and external placements and hiring trends Develop, extend, and negotiate offer packages in partnership with HR and leadership Ensure smooth handoff to HR and Training for onboarding Deliver a consistent, positive, and transparent candidate experience throughout the hiring process Support employer branding initiatives and content for platforms such as LinkedIn and Instagram Track recruiting metrics including pipeline health, time-to-fill, and offer acceptance rates Use data insights to improve sourcing strategies and hiring outcomes Partner with HR and leadership on employee experience and engagement initiatives Requirements 3+ years' experience in full cycle recruiting Strong communication and relationship-building skills Ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment Highly organized with strong attention to detail Professional and confident in managing sensitive conversations Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with Operations, HR, and Training teams Experience with full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, interviewing, and offer management Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and sourcing platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter) Proficiency with tools such as Google Workspace, Slack, Airtable, Notion, and ClickUp Equal Opportunity Notice Highspring LLC (d/b/a Vaco by Highspring) and its parents, affiliates, and subsidiaries ("we," "our," or "Vaco by Highspring") are committed to the full inclusion of all qualified individuals and does not discriminate against any employee or applicant for employment because of race (including but not limited to traits historically associated with race such as hair texture and hair style), color, sex (includes pregnancy or related conditions), religion or creed, national origin, citizenship, age, disability, status as a veteran, union membership, ethnicity, gender, gender identity, gender expression, sexual orientation, marital status, political affiliation, or any other protected characteristics as required by applicable law.
