Senior Consolidations Accountant — Multicurrency GAAP

Atrium is recruiting for a Senior Consolidations Accountant on behalf of a global corporation based in Atlanta, GA. This person will be responsible for supporting the consolidated month-end close and financial reporting processes. This role requires strong technical accounting knowledge, foreign currency (FX), and GAAP reporting. Responsibilities :Support monthly, quarterly, and annual consolidation processes on multiple currencies, and prepare intercompany elimination entries in addition to unrealized gains on foreign currency adjustments (CTA) .Assist with FX revaluation and impacts to the balance shee tSupport the month-end close process in accordance with GAAP accounting protocol

• Prepare and review journal entries related to consolidations and close activities
• Perform account analyses and support balance sheet integrity during close including variance analysis
• Participate in process improvement initiative
