Senior Accountant - Consolidations

SENIOR ACCOUNTANT
We have been engaged by a large, global company based in Atlanta as they seek to hire an experienced Senior Accountant - Consolidated Reporting. (This role offers hybrid flexibility.) The Senior Accountant will have varied responsibilities that include: consolidated reporting, foreign currency translations, GAAP compliance, month-end close, journal entries, intercompany transactions, financial reporting, variance analysis, internal controls and driving process improvements. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting CPA or CPA track 2‑5+ years of relevant experience Strong understanding of GAAP / GL Accounting Advanced Excel proficiency (including INDEX MATCH, V/X LOOKUPS, etc) Experience working in a larger, complex company preferred. Preference given to those with Big 4 public accounting (audit) Strong communication and presentation skills Track record of career stability Benefits The individual may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses and can participate in medical, dental, and vision benefits as well as the company’s 401(k) retirement plan.
