POSITION OVERVIEW – Sales Coordinator II
The sales Coordinator supports the organization's sales and marketing efforts by researching market conditions, forecasting sales activity, and coordinating advertising campaigns that strengthen the company's product image. This role connects sales representatives, customers, and internal teams, ensuring accurate reporting and strong customer relationships.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Investigate market conditions and facilities to determine time, place, and type of sale, and whether items shall be sold individually or in lots
- Coordinate representatives who may call on existing or potential customers
- Make forecasts on anticipated market sales; submit reports of sales activity and maintain records
- Promote satisfactory customer relations
- Coordinate advertising and marketing campaigns
- Provide marketing advice to organizational units
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Sciences, Finance, Marketing, or other relevant field
- 2–4 years of experience
- Proven track record of sales and negotiating experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, negotiation skills, customer service, and interpersonal skills
- Extensive knowledge of the relevant market/industry
- Advanced presentation abilities
- Good organization and planning skills
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills
