SHIFT SUPERVISOR (FULL TIME)

Job Summary We are hiring immediately for a full‑time SHIFT SUPERVISOR position at 1000 Fulton Avenue, Hempstead, NY 11550. The role involves directing the activities of associates during a specific shift and ensuring job expectations are met while maintaining policy and procedure. Pay range: $20.00 to $24.00 per hour. Applications are accepted online only. Responsibilities Provide training and create work schedules. Evaluate performance, reward high performers, and discipline employees who fail to meet reasonable standards. Prepare production or sales reports for management and ensure the unit meets expectations for quality, productivity, and safety. Act as the contact person for employees with complaints or requests for time off. Mentor, develop employees, and encourage workers to set goals and strive for advancement. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications Prior food service experience required. Full‑time schedule; days and hours may vary. Willingness to work flexible hours and potentially year‑round, including on different locations during break periods. Florida Level 2 background screening may be required for certain positions.
