PACE Clinical Services Manager (RN)

Salary Range: $100,000 – $144,000 annually + benefits Qualifications BSN or ADN from an accredited nursing program Active Registered Nurse (RN) license Minimum 5 years of nursing experience At least 1 year working with geriatric populations Current BLS certification Preferred 1+ year of leadership or supervisory experience Job Overview This full-time Clinical Services Manager role provides leadership across a PACE (Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly) clinic and home care program, supporting adults 65+ in a highly coordinated, interdisciplinary care model. The RN leader oversees daily nursing operations, staff performance, and clinical quality while ensuring regulatory compliance and strong patient outcomes. You’ll lead and develop nursing staff, manage clinic workflows, support home care expansion, and collaborate closely with providers and care teams.
