Financial Analyst

We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Financial Analyst to join our growing finance team. This position is ideal for a professional with a strong public accounting foundation who is looking to leverage their technical accounting expertise in a corporate finance environment. The Senior Financial Analyst will play a key role in financial reporting, consolidations, budgeting, forecasting, and business analysis while partnering closely with accounting and operational leadership. Key Responsibilities Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports. Assist with the monthly close process, including financial statement analysis and variance reporting. Perform and manage the consolidation of multiple entities, ensuring accuracy and completeness. Prepare supporting schedules and documentation for internal and external financial reporting. Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and long‑range financial planning. Analyze financial results, identify trends, and provide actionable recommendations to management. Develop and maintain financial models to support strategic initiatives and business decisions. Ensure compliance with GAAP and company accounting policies. Partner with cross‑functional teams to improve financial processes and reporting efficiency. Support external audits by preparing requested schedules and responding to auditor inquiries. Assist with ad hoc financial analysis and special projects as assigned. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance. Public accounting experience is required. CPA designation or active progress toward obtaining a CPA is required. Experience with financial reporting and multi‑entity consolidations . Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP and financial statement preparation. Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including financial modeling and data analysis. Experience with ERP systems and financial reporting software is preferred. Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem‑solving skills. Strong communication skills with the ability to present financial information to leadership. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment. Preferred Qualifications 3+ years of progressive accounting and finance experience. Experience transitioning from public accounting into an industry finance role. Experience working with multi‑entity organizations. Exposure to budgeting, forecasting, and FP&A activities. What You'll Bring Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
