Responsibilities

• Connect with local community members to understand their insurance needs and offer thoughtful, protective solutions.
• Prepare quotes and guide clients through the process of selecting the right coverage for their families and assets.
• Maintain accurate client records and ensure all policy documentation is precise and up-to-date.
• Proactively reach out to existing policyholders to review their coverage and ensure it still aligns with their current life stages.
• Participate in local events to build awareness of the agency and foster a sense of trust within the Gautier neighborhood.
• Collaborate with the agency owner to refine sales strategies and contribute to the overall success of the office.

Requirements

• Active Mississippi Property Casualty insurance license.
• Demonstrated ability to engage with potential clients and explain insurance options clearly.
• Strong computer literacy and comfort navigating multiple digital platforms.
• Attention to detail and a high degree of organizational skill.
• Strong track record of meeting or exceeding personal goals.
• Previous experience working in an insurance agency setting.
