This role is focused on generating new business, building relationships, quoting projects, and closing sales for commercial HVAC/R systems, refrigeration, and hotside equipment. We need someone who is comfortable getting out in the field, identifying opportunities, meeting with customers, and helping move projects from first contact to sold job. What this person will do: Generate new commercial accounts and sales opportunities Build relationships with contractors, property managers, restaurants, facility managers, and business owners Conduct site visits to assess customer needs and recommend solutions Prepare estimates, proposals, and bids Follow up on leads and maintain a strong sales pipeline Coordinate with operations, service, and installation teams to help ensure successful project handoff and execution Help grow service agreements, replacements, upgrades, and equipment sales What we're looking for: Experience in commercial HVAC/R, mechanical sales, or commercial equipment sales preferred Hotside equipment knowledge is a plus Strong communication, organization, and closing skills Self-motivated and able to work independently Valid driver's license required Why join us: Anderson Mechanical offers the opportunity to grow with a company that is expanding its commercial reach and looking for someone who wants to make a direct impact. if you're ready to help grow a strong commercial HVAC/R and hotside sales division.
