This entry-level role is critical to creating an exceptional patient experience before patients ever sit in the chair. We are seeking someone who understands that insurance verification is not just data entry-it's about reducing surprises, building trust, supporting production goals, and helping patients confidently move forward with treatment.

The ideal candidate is proactive, dependable, positive, and committed to excellence. You should enjoy problem-solving, communicating clearly with both patients and team members, and taking ownership of your work. Attention to detail, professionalism, and the ability to work with urgency and accuracy are essential.

Responsibilities Include:

• Verifying dental insurance benefits and eligibility
• Reviewing coverage details, frequencies, limitations, and breakdowns
• Communicating financial expectations clearly and compassionately
• Supporting scheduling and treatment planning teams
• Maintaining accurate documentation and insurance information
• Helping create a smooth, efficient patient experience across the practice

Qualifications:

• Prior dental office experience is preferred
• Dentrix experience strongly preferred
• Strong understanding of dental insurance terminology and workflows
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy
