The person in this role will concentrate on diverse growth initiatives aimed at boosting the adoption of leadless pacing in the US market, while having the chance to collaborate with and influence cross-functional partners worldwide. Acting as the strategic bridge between the sales organization and internal experts, this position aims to drive sustained growth through best business practices. Focus areas include:Developing and implementing expanded clinical strategy and evidence disseminationHigh touch sales organization engagement and enablementCustomer interactions and demonstration of strong influence management skillsStrong partnership with our Medical Education team to drive expanded medical education programs and procedural trainingLeadership dialogue, presentations (internal and external), and creative brainstormingAdapting and delivering the marketing value proposition for leadless pacingOwnership of advanced data analyses and market intelligence to identify new opportunities to drive growthAnalyze and report on market trends, competitor strategies, and customer insightsDevelop, implement, and manage comprehensive marketing strategiesMonitor and share performance metrics and optimize strategiesThis role offers an incredible opportunity to interact with our field, patients, and customers. You'll be responsible for understanding the challenges faced by each of these stakeholders to effectively position our leadless pacing technology in the marketplace. PR) locations (USD): $103,200.00 - $154,800.00 This position is eligible for a short-term incentive called the Medtronic Incentive Plan (MIP). The base salary range is applicable across the United States, excluding Puerto Rico and specific locations in California. The offered rate complies with federal and local regulations and may vary based on factors such as experience, certification/education, market conditions, and location.
