Location: Kane, PA

Position: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Pay: $26/hr + $0.75 Night Shift Differential

Full-Time | Permanent Role

Key Responsibilities:
• Administer medications, treatments, and monitor residents
• Supervise Nursing Assistants and ensure quality care delivery
• Monitor and document changes in resident condition
• Assist physicians during rounds and procedures
• Maintain accurate documentation (EMR)
• Support care plans and ensure compliance with regulations

Requirements:
• Active Pennsylvania LPN License (or applied at time of interview)
• BLS (AHA) certification
• Strong communication and patient care skills
• Passion for working with elderly residents
• Nursing home experience is a plus (not required)
