Marketing Project ManagerWe are seeking a Marketing Project Manager to manage a diverse portfolio of marketing campaigns. This role involves overseeing projects from initial strategy through creative development and marketing technology execution. The ideal candidate will be adaptable and capable of managing up to 30-40 projects simultaneously across different project types such as rental, ad hoc, sales & marketing, journey, club & VIP, and more.Key ResponsibilitiesManage the full lifecycle of multiple marketing campaigns, from strategy and planning to execution.Coordinate across various teams, including creative and martech, to ensure project milestones are met.Maintain accountability among team members and stakeholders to keep projects on schedule.Handle a project portfolio that includes journey projects, rental campaigns, club and VIP initiatives, and owner member communications.Adapt to changing priorities and assist in cross-training efforts to support all project types.Transition projects from a coordinator-focused process to a traditional, end-to-end project management model.Required QualificationsA minimum of 4 years of experience in marketing project management.Proficiency with project management tools such as Monday.com, Asana, ClickUP, JIRA, or Trello.The candidate must possess initiative, hold others accountable, and be proactive. An eagerness to learn and adapt to change is required.Preferred QualificationsProject Management Professional (PMP) certification is a HUGE plus.Workfront experience.Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud.Familiarity with email templating systems like Stensul.Professional experience within the hospitality industry.Experience managing the full software development lifecycle (SDLC) for marketing projects.Everforth Apex is a world-class IT services company that serves thousands of clients across the globe.
