Job Title: Analyst, Refund


Position Details:

• Contract to hire
• Monday - Friday 8am to 5pm
• Onsite only - candidates must be local
• Training will be 4+ weeks

Responsibilities:

• Reviews claims and processes refunds, including settlement of monies.
• 70% Research claims history to identify claims to be adjusted for refunds. Update claims systems to ensure that the refund process will be completed. Adjust claims history to reflect refunded amounts.
• 20% Process transactions to post purged claims and special checks.
• 10% Respond accurately and timely to inquiries from internal and external customers.

Required Skills and Abilities: Strong communication skills. Strong analytical and organizational skills. General knowledge of related processing support systems. Basic math skills.


Required Software and Other Tools: Microsoft Office.


Work Environment : Typical office environment.

Required Education: High School Diploma or equivalent


Required Work Experience: 1 year of claims processing experience.


Preferred Requirement: Associate Degree-in Business Administration or related field.

Preferred Requirement: 1 year of refund experience

This is the pay range that Magnit reasonably expects to pay someone for this position is $17.00/hour - $17.66/hour . Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K (provided minimum eligibility hours are met).
