Job Description
- Lead and develop a team of manufacturing engineers
- Drive process improvement and productivity initiatives
- Support automation and capital equipment projects
- Develop manufacturing standards and best practices
- Partner with operations, maintenance, and quality teams
- Improve throughput, efficiency, and cost performance
The Successful Applicant
A successful Manufacturing Engineering Manager should have:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering
- 7+ years of manufacturing engineering experience
- Prior leadership experience
- Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement expertise
- Experience in machining, metals, plastics, or industrial manufacturing
