Job Description
- Lead manufacturing engineering team and projects
- Drive process improvements and cost reductions
- Support new product introductions (NPI)
- Oversee capital equipment and automation initiatives
- Partner with operations and quality leadership
- Develop standardized processes and best practices
The Successful Applicant
A successful Manufacturing Engineering Manager should have:
- BS in Engineering
- 7-12 years experience (leadership required)
- Strong Lean/CI background
- Experience in automated or high-volume manufacturing
- Strong leadership and project management skills
