With substantial recent investments in automation, advanced manufacturing technologies, and facility upgrades, the organization is focused on scaling operations while maintaining a strong culture of quality and innovation.
Job Description
Lead and develop a team of manufacturing engineers
Drive process improvement and productivity initiatives
Support automation and capital equipment projects
Develop manufacturing standards and best practices
Partner with operations, maintenance, and quality teams
Improve throughput, efficiency, and cost performance

The Successful Applicant
A successful Manufacturing Engineering Manager should have:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering
7+ years of manufacturing engineering experience
Prior leadership experience
Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement expertise
Experience in machining, metals, plastics, or industrial manufacturing
