Job Title: Front Desk Medical Receptionist

Location: Established Ambulatory Surgery Center

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7 AM - 3 PM (earlier arrival on surgery case days)

Position Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and organized Front Desk Medical Receptionist to join our team at our established ambulatory surgery center. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Answer Phones: Manage incoming calls professionally and efficiently.
• SIS Complete EMR: Work within our electronic medical records system to maintain accurate patient information.
• Patient Chart Management: Create and update patient charts, ensuring all information is complete and accurate.
• Data Entry: Enter times and relevant data into the EMR from patient charts.
• Patient Check-In: Facilitate the check-in process for patients, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience.
• Additional Duties: Perform other administrative tasks as assigned to support the team and enhance operations.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a medical receptionist or in a similar role is preferred. 
• Familiarity with SIS Complete EMR or similar electronic medical record systems.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and work well under pressure.
