About the Role
Life Renewing Stem Cells is seeking an outgoing, personable Medical Receptionist to join our growing regenerative medicine clinic. This position is perfect for someone who loves engaging with people, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining a smooth front-office experience for patients.
You’ll be the first friendly face our patients see, and you’ll also support our medical team with light in-clinic assistance. Commission opportunities are available for generating online reviews and referrals—training provided!
Responsibilities
- Warmly greet and check in patients
- Answer phone calls, return voicemails, and respond to messages
- Schedule appointments and manage patient flow
- Perform clerical tasks: filing, scanning, data entry, record updates
- Assist medical staff with non-clinical tasks as needed
- Engage patients to encourage online reviews and referrals (commission eligible)
- Maintain a clean, organized reception area
- Protect patient confidentiality and uphold professionalism
Qualifications
- Very outgoing and friendly personality (required)
- Customer service or receptionist experience preferred; medical office experience a plus
- Strong communication skills
- Organized, dependable, and able to multitask
- Comfortable using basic computer systems and office equipment
- Willing to learn and participate in training
Compensation
- $18/hr starting pay
