Registered Nurse (RN) – L&D Location: Cornelius, NC, United States Full-time position. Hours per week: 36. Schedule 3 12-hour night shifts per week Holiday rotation Weekend rotation Pay Range: $38.20 – $57.30 per hour. Sign-on bonus available. Relocation bonus may be eligible if current residency is outside the designated distance to the facility. Responsibilities Provide and coordinate comprehensive patient care through the nursing process to deliver safe, therapeutic care in accordance with established standards, policies, and procedures. Use evidence-based practice, clinical decision making, compassion, and effective communication to create the safest patient environment and best experience across the continuum. Qualifications Completion of an accredited or approved program in nursing. Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which you practice. Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart Association. Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification required within 6 months of hire. 1 year of RN experience preferred. Benefits Paid Time Off programs.
