What Will You Enjoy Doing

Main Responsibilities:

• Operate, maintain, troubleshoot multiple types of packaging equipment. Equipment may include, but is not limited to: carton erectors, partition inserters, product inserters (MPV, VPM, PLU), foil dispensers, top closers, palletization equipment.
• Manual responsibilities include: loading, building and making boxes; hand packaging of bottles o loading labels.
• Maintenance includes: perform routine cleaning, and minor maintenance of equipment to ensure smooth operations.
• Material Handling: Loading/unloading packaging materials such as corrugate, containers or other raw materials.
• Documentation: Accurately document records of finished goods, packaging specifications, or any visual quality checks; perform changeover's of divers packaging equipment (eg case erector, partition inserter, top sealer, ); applies correct labels; perform quality check consisting of visual inspection of overall product, labels and packaging integrity for defects; housekeeping; perform autonomous maintenance.

Performance Metrics:

• Labeling Accuracy: Maintains a labeling accuracy rate of 100% by consistently following all labeling procedures without deviation.
• Quality Control Compliance: Performs all required quality checks with 100% completion and accuracy, identifying and reporting any defects per standard operating procedures.
• Line clearance accuracy
• Autonomous maintenance completion

What Makes You Great

High school diploma or equivalent required

• Min. 6 months of manufacturing experience preferred
• Capable of lifting 55 pounds and to stand for a minimum of 12 hours
• Able to work with multiple types of equipment simultaneously
• High cleanliness standards for the machines and work area

• The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 10 lbs., frequently lift and/or move up to 38 lbs. and occasionally lift and/or move or push /pull up to 55 lbs.
