Our client is a middle market private equity sponsor with a successful track record of building out highly active M&A teams to establish platform of scale in highly fragmented industries. We're seeking a VP of Corporate Development to drive M&A efforts and quarterback the deal process at a brand new platform that's focused on specialized facility services.

This is an opportunity to join at the beginning of a buy-and-build strategy, with M&A at the core of the investment thesis and significant runway to build the platform through acquisitions.

The ideal candidate will have a track record of leading M&A transactions in the lower middle market with a preference for individuals who have experience in B2B industrial or commercial services.
