The position works under direct supervision following documented procedures to facilitate timely payments for all related companies.Job Description:Essential Duties and Responsibilities1. Invoice Validation & EntryVerify Accuracy of invoicesResearch & identify variances, seek resolutionConfirm G/L account codingProperly enter invoice in financial system2. Expense ReportsReview for compliance with policyAudit within financial system3. Maintain Invoicing RecordsAssemble invoice & support documentationMaintain orderly vendor filesAudit support4. DepartmentalMailings/print postage and handlingSupport continuous improvement initiativesSpecial projects as neededCross training to backup peer positionsEducation and/or ExperienceHigh school diploma plus broad specialized training equivalent to 2 years of college1 to 3 years of experience in a computerized accounting related environment with general ledger account codingDemonstrated basic level of skill with Microsoft Excel, Word, & OutlookLanguage SkillsAbility to read, analyze and interpret invoice documents.
