Pay Rate:

The pay rate for this job is $19 - $19 / hour*

What you'll be doing as an Office Clerk:

• Answer phones and direct calls to the appropriate team members

• Greet visitors and provide basic assistance

• Perform data entry and maintain records

• File documents and organize office materials

• Assist with scheduling and general administrative tasks

• Support the team with day-to-day office needs

• Accounts receivable/accounts payable preferred

Shift Timings: 1st Shift (Day)

Job requirements:

• Applicants must be at least 18 years of age to be considered for employment with PeopleReady

• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, email, data entry)

• Strong organizational and communication skills

• Attention to detail and ability to multitask

• Previous office or administrative experience

• Proficient typing skills with strong data entry accuracy

• Proficient in 10-key data entry

• Excellent customer service skills

• Professional telephone etiquette and communication skills
