We need a Recruiter who likes the phone, moves fast, and gets satisfaction from putting people to work. What you’ll do Reach out to candidates in our database and on platforms like LinkedIn, Indeed, and other job boards Screen candidates and match them to open roles Onboard new hires from offer through first day: paperwork, compliance, and start-date follow-up Keep our ATS and candidate records accurate and up to date Handle day-to-day administrative tasks that keep the desk running What we’re looking for 1+ year in recruiting, staffing, sales, or another high-volume, people-facing role Comfortable making a high number of calls and messages daily Organized and detail-oriented with paperwork and data entry Clear, professional communicator by phone, text, and email 401(k) with company match Paid time off The honest part: this is a high-volume desk.
