Talent Acquisition & Onboarding Coordinator

Gaylor Electric, Inc. is seeking a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support companywide recruiting efforts and ensure a smooth candidate and new hire experience. You will provide administrative support across recruiting and onboarding, manage ATS records, coordinate interviews, prepare offers, and drive process improvements. 2+ years of admin experience, a possible Bachelor’s, bilingual English/Spanish preferred, and a valid driver's license are required, with travel up to 25%. #J-18808-Ljbffr UNKNOWN
