IT Help Desk Technician

Overview We are seeking a dedicated individual to provide exceptional technical support to our users. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of IT systems and a passion for helping others. Key Responsibilities Respond to user inquiries and provide troubleshooting assistance for hardware and software issues. Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, printers, and other peripherals. Monitor and manage IT asset inventory. Document and track support requests using the help desk software. Assist in the deployment of new software and hardware solutions. Provide training and guidance to end-users on basic IT procedures. Requirements Proven experience in a technical support or help desk role. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Office Suite. Familiarity with networking concepts and troubleshooting. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Nice to haveRelevant certifications such as CompTIA A+, ITIL, or similar. Experience with ticketing systems and remote support tools. Understanding of Mac OS and Linux environments. #J-18808-Ljbffr RubixComm
