Customer Service Manager

As a Customer Service Manager for the office, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you an ideal fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support. We look forward to connecting with you if you are a customer-focused and empathetic team member we are searching for. We anticipate internal growth opportunities for especially driven and sales-minded candidates.

Oversee the customer service team and daily operations.

Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures.

Handle escalated customer complaints and issues.

Train and mentor customer service representatives.

5+ years of experience in customer service, with 2+ years in a managerial role.

Leadership and organizational skills.

Communication and problem-solving abilities.

This position is temporarily remote.

Compensation: $20.00 - $26.00 per hour

About Our Agency

Our mission is to help people manage the risks of everyday life, recover from the unexpected and realize their dreams.

We help customers with their insurance and financial services needs, including Business Insurance.

Our office is located in Fontana.

We currently have 3 team members at our agency.
