This is a great opportunity for someone looking to gain real-world professional experience while developing skills in customer service, sales, marketing, and business operations. You will work alongside an experienced State Farm Agent and team while learning how to build customer relationships, identify customer needs, and contribute to the growth of a local business. This position will begin on a part-time basis, with the opportunity to earn additional hours based on performance, availability, and the needs of the agency. Team members will also have the ability to earn additional incentives based on performance. If you are motivated, eager to learn, and enjoy working with people in a fast-paced environment, this could be a great opportunity to build valuable experience and potentially grow into a long-term role within the agency.Responsibilities:Assist with developing leads and supporting agency marketing effortsSchedule appointments and follow up with prospective and existing customers. Help identify customer needs and introduce appropriate insurance products and servicesSupport customer service and day-to-day agency activitiesParticipate in community outreach and other business development opportunitiesWork toward mutually agreed-upon marketing and performance goalsMaintain accurate and timely follow-up with customers and prospectsRequirements:Interest in developing skills in customer service, sales, marketing, and insuranceExcellent written and verbal communication skillsPeople-oriented with a positive and professional attitudeSelf-motivated and willing to learnStrong organizational and time-management skillsProactive approach to problem-solvingAbility to complete work accurately and in a timely mannerDependable and able to take initiativePrevious insurance experience is not required.
