Salary Range: $73,000 - $107,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the master production schedule (MPS) to meet customer demand and optimize resource utilization.
• Collaborate with sales, production, and supply chain to align the MPS with business objectives and capacity constraints.
• Monitor inventory levels and production progress, adjusting the MPS as needed to prevent stockouts or overstock.
• Analyze production capacity and lead times, identifying and escalating potential bottlenecks or shortfalls.
• Utilize ERP/MRP systems to generate production plans and track schedule adherence.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives related to scheduling processes and tools.
• Participate in S&OP meetings, providing input on production capabilities and inventory projections.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in production planning, master scheduling, or a similar role within a manufacturing environment.
• Proven expertise in using ERP/MRP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Plex) for scheduling and production planning.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of collaborating effectively with various departments.
• APICS CSCP or CPIM certification preferred.
