ACT Peer Support Specialist — Field-Based, Travel-Heavy

Terros Health seeks an ACT Peer Support Specialist at the 23rd Ave Recovery Health Center in Phoenix, AZ. The role is 80% field-based and 20% in the facility, with a $3/hour differential pay. Work schedule is M-F, 10am–7:00pm, with mandatory 80% travel and full-time employment. Requirements include a Bachelor’s in Behavioral Health preferred and state Peer Support Certification (we can help obtain).
