Center Director - Mathnasium

Full Job Description Job Overview Make a difference in kids’ lives—and help them love math. We’re hiring a full-time Center Director to lead operations, support families, and drive growth at our local Mathnasium center. This is a mission-driven role where you’ll combine leadership, customer service, and education to create a welcoming, high-performing learning center. Responsibilities Lead and coach a team of part-time instructors Build strong relationships with students and families Speak with prospective parents and guide them toward enrollment Monitor learning plans, center performance, and CRM follow-ups Manage scheduling, rewards, and classroom flow Meet sales and marketing goals (we’ll support and train you) Marketing - Social media, community events, reaching out schools to promote Mathnasium programs and get Mathnasium name out. Qualifications 1-2 years experience in education, business operations, or sales Bachelor’s degree Strong communication and leadership skills Comfort speaking with parents and guiding tough conversations Highly organized and self-motivated Growth mindset and comfort in a fast-paced setting Flexible schedule availability (evenings and Saturdays) We invite qualified candidates who are passionate about education and leadership to apply for this vital role in shaping the future of our center.
