Medical Front Desk

Mon.- Thurs 8am-6pm Fri. 8am-12pm

The Front Desk Receptionist is responsible for greeting visitors, answering phones, providing administrative support, and ensuring a professional and welcoming environment for clients, customers, and staff.


Key Responsibilities:


Greet and assist visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
Answer and direct incoming phone calls.
Schedule appointments and maintain calendars.
Receive, sort, and distribute mail and packages.
Maintain front office appearance and organization.
Assist with data entry, filing, and recordkeeping.
Respond to customer inquiries and provide information.
Coordinate with other departments as needed.
Handle basic office tasks such as copying, scanning, and emailing documents.
Qualifications:


High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous receptionist, customer service, or administrative experience preferred.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Professional appearance and demeanor.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
