About the Opportunity:

Join our client as an A&P Mechanic in an exciting role on the Greenville Production Team. This position places you at the heart of the final assembly, maintenance, and delivery of F-16 aircraft, playing a pivotal role in ensuring aircraft readiness for valued customers.

Responsibilities

As a vital member of the team, you will:

• Inspect and troubleshoot aircraft systems and powerplants.
• Repair, overhaul, and modify equipment according to established procedures and standards.
• Demonstrate expertise in operating and maintaining various aircraft systems, including landing gear, powerplants, flight controls, fueling/defueling, and aircraft movement/launch & recovery.

Requirements

• Minimum of 6 years of recent aircraft experience (fighter aircraft experience is preferred, though not required). Candidates with relevant fighter jet experience will be considered with 4 years of experience.
• Phase Maintenance, Final Assembly, or Flight Ops/Flight Readiness experience.
• Must have at least an in-process clearance at the time of starting.
• Flexibility to work in assigned shifts post-training, including 1st, 2nd, or weekend shifts.
