EVIA Greek, a family-owned and operated restaurant in Bellevue, is looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Assistant Manager to join our team. With roots in authentic Greek cuisine, we pride ourselves on creating a welcoming atmosphere for both our guests and staff. What You’ll Do as an Assistant Manager

As an Assistant Manager, you’ll play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our restaurant. Here’s what your responsibilities will include:

• Overseeing and supporting the restaurant team to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Managing daily operations, including inventory and quality control.
• Building positive relationships with customers and ensuring their satisfaction.
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming environment.
• Assisting with staff training and development to uphold our high standards.
• Collaborating with the management team to implement new ideas and improvements.

What We’re Looking For

To thrive in this role, you’ll need the following qualifications and attributes:

• 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the restaurant or hospitality industry.
• A strong work ethic and the ability to lead by example.
• Punctuality and reliability to keep operations running smoothly.
• A trustworthy nature and commitment to upholding our family-owned values.
• Exceptional customer service skills and a pleasant personality to create a positive experience for guests.
• Keen attention to detail to ensure every aspect of the restaurant meets our high standards.
