Burn Boot Camp is looking for an energetic, passionate Full-Time Group Fitness Trainer to join our coaching team. If you love fitness, enjoy building relationships, and thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment, we'd love to meet you.
This is more than just coaching workouts. You'll play a key role in helping members achieve life-changing results while creating an incredible community inside our gym.

What You'll Do
- Coach a minimum of 20 high-energy group fitness camps each week
- Conduct one-on-one goal strategy sessions with members
- Follow up with prospective members and leads
- Build lasting relationships that improve member success and retention
- Create engaging social media content
- Help maintain a clean, organized facility
- Support community events and member engagement
- Deliver an exceptional Burn Boot Camp experience every day
What We're Looking For
- Nationally recognized personal training certification (NASM, ACE, ISSA, ACSM, NSCA, or equivalent)
- CPR/AED Certification (or ability to obtain before starting)
- Positive, energetic, and dependable
- Passion for helping others succeed
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Comfortable coaching groups of all fitness levels
- Willingness to work early mornings, evenings, and occasional Saturdays
