About the Team

• Manage feature development across a platform that will help transform Risk Management with technology
• Work as the Product Manager for a high performing Tech team
• Work closely with Product, Tech, Design, and users to identify, prioritize, and deliver product enhancements and new features
• Have access to Product and Tech teams with a passion for innovation and improving the user experience

Basic Qualifications

At least 4 years of Product Management experience Currently has, or is in the process of obtaining one of the following with an expectation that the required degree will be obtained on or before the scheduled start date: A Bachelor's or Master's Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field), Business or Marketing OR Bachelor's degree in any field and at least 4 years of Product Management experience

Preferred Qualifications

The minimum and maximum full-time annual salaries for this role are listed below, by location.

McLean, VA: $200,700 - $229,100 for Sr. Mgr, Product Management

New York, NY: $219,000 - $249,900 for Sr. Mgr, Product Management

Richmond, VA: $182,500 - $208,300 for Sr. Mgr, Product Management

Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location, and the actual annualized salary amount offered to any candidate at the time of hire will be reflected solely in the candidate’s offer letter.

This role is also eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI). Incentives could be discretionary or non discretionary depending on the plan.
