Stern at Home Therapy provides outpatient-quality physical therapy in the home, allowing clinicians to practice with true flexibility, full autonomy, and meaningful patient relationships through 1:1 care.
Our therapists work with older adults and geriatric patients in a home-based setting while receiving strong administrative and clinical support from an experienced team.

Compensation Options – Choose What Works for You
Tiered Per-Visit Pay
- $60–$85 per visit, depending on weekly visit volume
- Higher tiers unlock increased per-visit pay
- Paid for up to 2 unreplaced cancellations per month
PRN Flex
- Higher per-evaluation rate compared to full-time roles
- Flexible scheduling based on your availability
- No evenings or weekends required
- Minimum of five patients
- Paid per visit

Coverage Area
Patients are located throughout Union City, NJ, depending on the clinician's location. Coverage zones are designed to minimize travel and support efficient scheduling.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate and treat patients in the home health setting
- Develop and implement individualized plans of care
- Provide therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, and functional training
- Educate patients and caregivers
- Complete documentation in the EMR system (HelloNote experience is a plus)
Qualifications
- Active New Jersey Physical Therapist license
- Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program
- Reliable transportation for home visits
- Strong communication and a patient-centered mindset
- New graduates encouraged to apply
